AIC has been awarded a contract for the complete supply of a robotic island suited to research the head of the coil and accomplish its introduction into the drawing line.
The customer, a leading manufacturer of brass bars, placed the order for the new mechatronic station following the successful implementation of previous robot guidance systems on the existing lines.
In the first project the customer’s brass alloys with highly reflective surfaces were not allowing the proper performances of the existing vision system, AIC was therefore contacted to solve these issues.
