WHISTLEBLOWING
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/2023, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937
In compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023, Automazioni Industriali Capitanio s.r.l. provides internal reporting channels through which internal or external individuals, connected to the organization through employment or business relationships, can report violations, within the scope of their work, as outlined in Article 2, paragraph 1, letter a), subpoints 3), 4), 5), 6) of Legislative Decree 24/2023 (so-called "Whistleblowing Decree").
The management of reports is governed by the Whistleblowing Management Instruction, to which reference is made; in any case, the confidentiality of the whistleblower's identity and other individuals indicated by Legislative Decree 24/2023 is guaranteed, and all protections and limitations of liability provided by the decree itself apply to them. It is strictly forbidden to adopt retaliatory or discriminatory actions against the whistleblower for reasons directly or indirectly related to the reported issue.
For the submission and management of reports, Automazioni Industriali Capitanio s.r.l. implements a dedicated digital platform, which serves as the preferred channel for their submission.
