AIC recently received a new order from Tifast, an important italian titanium producer.
The collaboration between AIC and Tifast has a long history: in 2005, AIC was in charge of the rolling mill automation at the new Tifast plant in Terni, Italy. Now, 20 years later, the company has once again chosen AIC for the renewal of the HMI (Human-Machine Interface) part, confirming the relationship of trust and the quality of the solutions offered.
The project involves migration of AIC original HMI system to an Ignition based client server solution, with the integration of third-party HMIs, with the aim of optimizing plant management, improving operations and ensuring a more modern and intuitive interface for operators.
Being chosen again by Tifast after two decades is proof of the value of AIC solutions and the importance of building strong relationships with our customers.
