Service & Sales Support Specialist

OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for a precise, well-organized, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service & Sales Support Specialist. You will play a key role in the operational and administrative management of after-sales and service support activities, ensuring effective interaction with clients and supporting the sales team.

You’ll be working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, gaining exposure to various departments while growing professionally. You’ll be involved in coordinating technical service activities, managing service contracts, and promoting customer training programs—actively contributing to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

As you gain experience, this role offers the opportunity to grow into more strategic responsibilities, including key customer management, service operations coordination, or technical-commercial support leadership.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Requests & Support Management:

  • Handle incoming customer service requests and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain and update the open requests tracking system.
  • Monitor and report remote support activities.
  • Balance and allocate service hours across Business Units.

Commercial Support:

  • Create, send, and follow up on commercial proposals.
  • Prepare quotations for services and spare parts.
  • Monitor order progress and manage invoicing workflows.
  • Verify payments and shipping terms.
  • Provide post-sales support to the sales team.

Service & Training Organization:

  • Schedule remote and on-site support activities.
  • Manage service contract renewals and updates.
  • Review and communicate updated service rate plans annually.
  • Promote and organize customer training programs with internal/external trainers.
  • Keep the training catalog updated and prepare training certificates.

Continuous Improvement & Operations Monitoring:

  • Ensure proper logging of remote support sessions.
  • Record and archive service reports.
  • Analyze service KPIs and propose improvement strategies.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in updating records and documentation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with clients and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Teamwork attitude and the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Prior experience in service or sales support roles is a plus.
