Electrical Designer

OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for a bright and motivated Junior Electrical Designer to join our Technical Design Department. You will work alongside a Senior Designer to optimize the placement of components within electrical panels, supporting the production and assembly teams. Your main task will be to create detailed layouts based on electrical schematics provided by the design engineers, using EPLAN software.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Electrical Panel Layout Development:

• Read and interpret electrical schematics provided by the design team.
• Strategically place components within electrical panels to ensure efficient assembly and functionality.
• Create accurate and optimized layouts using EPLAN software.

Support to Production and Assembly:

• Collaborate with builders and assembly technicians to ensure correct implementation of layouts.
• Troubleshoot issues related to component placement and layout execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and relevant regulations.

Optimization and Continuous Improvement:

• Check the layout organization to simplify wiring and reduce assembly time.
• Suggest improvements for layout efficiency and space optimization.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation in line with project specifications.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical diploma (in electronics, electrotechnics, or related fields).
• Experience in creating layouts for electrical panels.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of key electrical components and their optimal placement in a panel.
• Attention to detail, precision, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills within technical teams.
